The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Under Dutch law a consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession (art. 6:230g(1)(a) of the Dutch Civil Code). If you bought from us online as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (art. 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code).
